| Fatman Version 4.0, with all modifications in place. New mods include LFO, with triangle and square wave output. CV pitch inputs with two control sources (LFO or Envelope Generators) and invert controls. The filter section has been expanded with ADSR invert output and LFO modulation input. A shift-register noise source has been added as well. In addition, the Fatman 4.0 has a larger dedicated power supply (no more wall wart!). Also added is a balanced output, on TRS and XLR connections. Beneath the FatMan is an Electrix FilterFactory. |

Fatman Modifications from PAIA Designer Scott Lee:
Envelope Following Fuzz
This modification adds an audio input, adds fuzz to the input (for more harmonics), and provides an envelope following control voltage. Very cool.
Repeating VCF A(S)R Modification
This modification creates a repeating envelope generator that can be used like an LFO with adjustable wave shape.

Click and hold on a title to download a sample. The files should be saved as a MP3 document. This action will vary with different browsers. Download time, like the samples, will be short.
Pulse Wave Bass Bass patch using pulse wave form and some filter modulation. All Pulse Wave modifications followed Scott Gravenhorst’
s designs (50K)
Velocity Pulse Width Modulation. A pulse wave with velocity controlling with width of the pulse. No other modulation of filter sweeps used! (65k)
ASR Modulates Pulse Width. A slow sweep from the ASR changes the pulse width. (56k)
ADSR controls pitch sweep. The output of the ADSR is routed to pitch input of the oscillators. (40k)
ASR Pitch Sweep. The ASR, used in LFO mode (Scott Rider modification), controls pitch. As the note holds, I shortened the attack time of the ASR. (127k)
Band Pass Filter. Filter in Band Pass Mode (John Sepulveda modification), using sawtooth waves. (17k)

LFO and FILTER mods piggy back on Fatman PCB |
Many, many thanks to everyone who helped me! Mike Bacich, Scott Gravenhorst, Marty Irish, Scott Lee, and Scott Rider. I could never have completed this without all the kind help.
